Tyler Septic Service ("we") runs tylersepticservice.com, a free service that connects people in Tyler and East Texas with independent local septic companies. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email (optional), location, the service you need, and any project details you type into our forms, or that you share if you call us.
- Basic usage data: like most websites, we may use analytics (such as Google Analytics) that collect pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. This data is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
- To pass your request to an independent local septic company who serves your area so they can contact you and quote your project. By submitting a request you consent to this.
- To follow up about your request and to improve our service.
Who we share it with
We share your request only with the local service provider(s) we match you with, and with service vendors that help us run this website (for example, form and email delivery providers). We do not sell your personal information to marketers or data brokers.
Calls and texts
When you submit a request, you agree that we or the matched provider may contact you about that request by phone, text, or email. We will not add you to marketing lists. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us at quotes@tylersepticservice.com.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
